The major issue with thumb break holsters for a 1911 with a laser grip is that the laser grip adds size to the portion of the holster that has to stretch to snap around the hammer. So the holster needs to be fitted and stretched to accommodate the laser. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can help locate some options because the right handed version of this holster is found on a different page under MPN: FL266.

The holster should accommodate a threaded barrel Sig P226 as it should have an open muzzle design.
