How do you stay upright on this trainer? Is there a stand or something to hold you upright?

There is not a stand to hold you upright. The Garmin Tacx Galaxia Rollers Bike Trainer is designed to have your rear wheel between the two back rollers and your front wheel on the front roller and you balance the bike as you ride as if you were on the road.
