The Geissele AR-15/M4 Super Precision Scope Mount model 05-417B has a height of 1.54" and will work with that scope.

The specs do not include ring height and I don't know what length I would need for a Vudu 5-25X50, I know I need 34mm rings. I would like a 1.93" hgt.

The Geissele AR-15/M4 Super Precision Scope Mount will probably not work for the EOTech Vudu 5-25x56. Geissele makes a 30mm diameter shorter scope mount but the 34mm diameter mounts will all probably be too long. I recommend using the mount at the link below.

Yes, the Geissele AR-15/M4 Super Precision Scope Mount will work on a SCAR17 with an ATN 4K Pro Scope. You will need one of the 30mm diameter models.

Not a huge difference other than a slight strength increase to handle the .308 recoil better.

For that scope I recommend using the Geissele AR-15/M4 Super Precision Scope Mount model 05-381B.

I would recommend using the Geissele Super Precision AR-15 Scope Mount specifically designed for Vortex 1-6 riflescopes on the AR15 platform. This scope mount can be found by using the link below. You can also use any of the 30mm mounts found on this page and choose between standard, Extended, or Hyper-Extended based on how much eye relief you may require or if you have limited rail space and need to move your optic further back.
