Yes, the Geissele MK16 Super M-Lok 13.5in Modular Rail will be compatible with your Sig Sauer Tread. If this is your first Geissele rail, you will need to purchase a barrel nut wrench in order to properly install the rail. The Geissele Barrel Nut Wrench can be found linked below:

What compensator will fit flush inside of the hand guard? Or recommended brand that’s compatible? Thanks

The Geissele MK16 Super M-Lok 13.5in Modular Rail has an internal diameter of 1.26". Meaning any muzzle device that does not exceed 1.26" in diameter will be compatible. A blast can like the Midwest Industries 5.56/.223 Aluminum Blast Can has an outer diameter of 1.2" and would be compatible. It can be found by using the link below:

The Geissele MK16 Super M-Lok 13.5in Modular Rail does not come with copper QD Inserts.
