Will this trigger be compatible in a left handed Stag-15 M4 model AR15?

The Geissele AR-15 Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced (SSA-E) Trigger is only compatible with Colt rifles made from 1990 to 2009. You would need to use the small pin version, which can be found linked below:

The Geissele AR-15 Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced (SSA-E) Large Pin Trigger will work if that rifle uses large trigger pins. You will most likely need the small trigger pin model at the link below.

This Geissele SSA-E Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced Trigger uses large trigger pins which will be compatible with Colt rifles made from 1990 to 2009. If you have a model newer than 2009, you would just need the small pin version found using the following link:

Most likely not, large pin triggers are for specific Colt model AR-15's. Here is a link to the model that should work:
