Do these take down pins have the little pits on the flat face for putting the tip of a bullet? I DO NOT want them to have this "feature." Thank you.

No. They are flat on the side opposite the checkered head.

The Geissele Super Duty Stainless Takedown Pin Set is Mil-Spec size at 0.245" in diameter designed for use in 0.250" pin holes found on Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receivers.
