Does this trigger lighten your pull when installed? Or, do you have to buy separate kits?

No, it will not actually lighten the pull. It will help with reducing slack/take-up of the trigger, but will not actually lighten the pull weight.

You will need to take apart your IWI Tavor Trigger in order to install the Geissele Super Sabra Lightning Bow Trigger. The Geissele Super Sabra Lightning Bow Trigger will use the current trigger housing in the Tavor.

Yes. On the manufacturers web site it lists platform: Tavor & X95. Reviews there indicate both platforms.
