Does this kit have both pins or fasteners for the trigger gaurd?

The Geissele Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit has everything you need to install the trigger guard. The trigger guard has an installed push pin that is used to hold it place along with the supplied trigger guard rear pin.

Is this a 45 degree safety, or only 90?

I cannot confirm the degree of the throw. You would need to contact Geissele to confirm. "Our Ambidextrous Super Configurable Safety, which features the ability to easily and securely swap and exchange the safety levers plus provides the end user a satisfying and positive tactile feedback when the safe or fire position is engaged."

No. AR 15 only. You will want to look for a kit that is made specifically for an AR 10.
