Will this work with a Vortex Venom?

Yes, it will accommodate a Vortex Venom as it matches the mounting pattern on a Burris Fast Fire. Here are the fit notes for the mount:

"The platform will accommodate mini-red dot scopes like the JPoint, Doctor, Burris FastFire’s, Leupold Delta Point (non PRO) and early Trijicon Red Dots (non-RMR). "

Will this mount work on a Sig Romeo 1?

No, it will not as it does not match any of the red dots this is compatible with. Here are the fit notes:

"The platform will accommodate mini-red dot scopes like the JPoint, Doctor, Burris FastFire’s, Leupold Delta Point (non PRO) and early Trijicon Red Dots (non-RMR). "

Will this mount work with the Truglo Tru Tec microdot?

No, it will not as this is meant for the smaller mini-red dots and will not work with full size "micro" clone red dots.

Will this work with a Leupold Deltapoint Pro? Also, can I rotate the ring mount to any degree I want? Or is it somehow fixed to 45 degrees

You can rotate this to any angle you want. Unfortunately it will not work with the DeltaPoint Pro.
