Will it fit a Shockwave?

The GG&G Remington Tac-14 Side Saddle Shell Holder is not compatible with a Shockwave. You will need the GG&G Mossberg 590 Shockwave Side Saddle Shell Holder which can be found by using the link below:

No, that model would not include the QD attachment point.

It should, the angle of the shells would be backwards though.
