Can I use a polymer ar10 lower?

No. The Ghost Firearms Upper Receiver, Pistol Lower Parts Kit in 7.62x39 is not an AR10/DPMS pattern upper. It is compatible with standard mil-spec AR15 lower receivers.

The Bronze will still include a BCG and Charging handle.

Does this kit come with the BCG and charging handle as well? And is the upper compatible with a 308 DPMS lower receiver?

This will include a BCG and Charging handle but will not work one DPMS 308 lower, this will be paired with an AR15 lower.
