Yes. The Ghost Inc Extended Slide Release will fit Gen 1-4 Glock 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40 & 41.

The Glock 45 is a Gen 5 addition. Its standard is the ambidextrous slide release. For use of other parts though, this slide release will fit most 3 pin Glock frames and some 2 pin. This part may fit that pistol though it is not confirmed as compatible.

What is the difference between the Ghost 'Extended' and the 'Forward' slide release for Glock 19?

The difference is position of the release. The Forward release will be further forward on the pistol. This would be beneficial if you are a shooter with larger hands.

Yes, this will fit a Gen 3 Glock 17 as long as it is a 3-pin model (some early Gen 3 models were 2-pin).

No, this does not fit the Glock 42 or 43. Ghost Inc. makes a different model for the 42 and 43, but unfortunately we do not carry it at this time.
