If the barrel has 11/16x24 TPI and is for a .450 caliber, then this will fit.

Yes the Mossberg 450 Bushmaster comes with a barrel threaded to 11/16"X24TPI. This will fit.

I have the Ruger American in 450 Bushmaster the muzzel brake it comes with is very loud how does this compare?

This is a muzzle brake so it is going to be loud because of the nature of the muzzle device. If you need something quieter you should be looking at hybrid compensators or flash hiders or something that will direct the sound forward instead of out to the sides. But please be aware that those types of muzzle devices will not be as effective as a muzzle brake in lessening recoil.
