Yes the Mossberg 450 Bushmaster comes with a barrel threaded to 11/16"X24TPI. This will fit.

This is a muzzle brake so it is going to be loud because of the nature of the muzzle device. If you need something quieter you should be looking at hybrid compensators or flash hiders or something that will direct the sound forward instead of out to the sides. But please be aware that those types of muzzle devices will not be as effective as a muzzle brake in lessening recoil.
