No, gen 5 having are a different locking block, kkm, glockstore offer gen 5 threaded barrels.

Glock does not state if the Glock G21 45ACP Threaded Barrel is crowned. I recommend contacting Glock for that information.

The Glock G21 45ACP Threaded Barrel is not compatible with a Glock 36. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry any compatible barrels.

The Glock G21 45ACP Threaded Barrel has M16x1 LH threads.

Yes. The Glock G21 45ACP Threaded Barrel will fit and function in a gen 4 Glock 21.

Will this barrel fit on a glock 41, 45 acp, gen 4 ?

No. The Glock 41 uses a thinner slide. Glock 21 barrels outer diameter is 0.63" while the Glock 41 has a barrel with an outer diameter of 0.61".
