Yes. The Grey Ghost Gear SMC Tall Zipper Adapter will convert a GGG Minimalist or most other plate carriers to work with a SMC Back Panel using MALICE clips and YKK zippers for instant compatibility.

Will these allow any plate carrier to use grey ghost back panels?

Yes that is exactly the purpose of these adaptors. As long as the plate carrier's MOLLE webbing allows you to attach these adapters at a distance approximately 9" to 9.5" inches apart between the zipper tracks, you will be able to run a GGG SMC Back Panel.
