Yes. The Grid Defense 9x19 Para Upper Receiver features standard 1/2x28 TPI for installing different muzzle devices or suppressors.

Will this work with an Anderson lower?

The Grid Defense 9x19 Para Upper Receiver will be compatible with an Anderson AR15 lower. However, you will need to use a magazine adapter such as the Stern Defense MAG-AD9 AR-15 Glock 9mm/.40 Magazine Conversion Adapter (linked below).

We recommend using a 9mm heavy buffer with our upper receivers (8-10oz).

It is for 9mm, you will also need a charging handle and a Glock compatible BCG.
