No, it will not.
Unfortunately, no. The S&W M&P 2.0 threaded barrel will not fit a S&W SD9VE pistol. While both are 9mm handguns made by Smith & Wesson, they have different internal geometries and locking lug designs.
Specifically:
Barrel Length & Fit: The SD9VE uses a different recoil system and slide configuration than the M&P series.
Locking Block: The way the barrel locks into the slide during the firing cycle is unique to each platform, so they are not interchangeable.
Currently, we do not manufacture a threaded barrel specifically for the SD9VE series. If you are looking to add a compensator to that specific pistol, you would need to source a barrel specifically marked for the "SD9" or "SD9VE" from a manufacturer that supports that platform. We do offer the Micro Carry Comp as a standalone item if you happen to find a compatible threaded barrel elsewhere!
