Yes, the Guntec USA AR-15 Air-Lok Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard will fit Mil-spec AR platform rifles and pistols. It will include the barrel nut and necessary hardware.

The Guntec USA AR-15 Air-Lok Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard will come with the proprietary barrel nut. However, It will not come with any tools.

Do I have to order a low profile gas block or does this come with one? I removed the factory sight but wasn't sure if I needed a low profile gas block

The Guntec USA AR-15 Air-Lok Series M-LOK Compression Free Floating Handguard does not include a gas block. You would need a low profile block in order to fit this rail. The internal diameter is 1.32".
