The Guntec USA AR-15 Gen 2 Clamp On Aluminum Rail Height Gas Block could be used with a VISM AR15 M-LOK Carbine Handguard model with the top rail cut out.

How long is this gas block? I’m hoping to cover the pin holes from my old a2 gas block.

Would this work for mid-length handguard on an Anderson 16" barrel?

It will depend on the gas block journal length and diameter of your barrel. The rail height is also the same as the height of the upper receiver, so it will not fit under or inside any handguard or rail.

Yes, the rail on this railed gas block will be the same height as a standard AR-15 upper receiver.
