The Guntec USA AR-15 Mil-Spec Buffer Tube Set is 6061 T6 Aluminum and will include the End Plate, Castle Nut, 3 Oz carbine Buffer, and Upgraded Chrome Silicon Spring.

Yes, carbine springs are shorter than rifle length (A2) springs.
