i measured the ID of the bore at the end of the comp and measures.460". i am using for .308, should this comp bore opening be that big?

This Guntec USA AR .308 Cal Gen 2 Multi Port Compensator will support .308 as it was intended to do so. The ID of the hole should be no smaller than 0.308".

Will this fit a bear creek arsenal .308 that has a 1 in 10 twist barrel on it? Thanks

Yes. This Guntec USA AR .308 Cal Gen 2 Multi Port Compensator will fit to any rifle that uses 5/8x24 threads and uses a caliber with a bullet diameter of 0.308" or smaller.
