It's not Magul FDE, would it be closer to MFT stock Scorched DE or burnt bronze?

It's probably closest to MFT SDE, but it's still not exact. Unfortunately every manufacturer uses their own proprietary shade.

No. This Guntec USA AR-15 Ultra Lightweight Thin M-LOK Free Floating Handguard has an internal diameter of 1.34", while the AR 9mm “HELLFIRE” Comp has an outside diameter of 1.4".
