We do not carry a Harris Engineering Harris Bipod Series S Bipod for 1913 rails that comes with a QD mount.

this include the mounting bracket that mounts it to the rifle?

This Harris Engineering Harris Bipod mounts to M-LOK rail systems and includes the M-LOK hardware required to install. As long as you have an M-LOK rail, this bipod will fit.
