Will this mount on a Ruger Precision Rifle with the Magpul M-Lock handguard system?

My cz 557 varmint has two swivel studs about 3 inches apart. Will this fit?

Yes, this will attach to a sling swivel. You may need to remove one of the swivels.

This mount to a pincatinney rail?

No, they require a swivel stud on the firearm. These are available as picatinny rail adapters if your firearm doesn't have one.

It can with an adapter. There are keymod adapters meant specifically for bipods.
