Yes, it should work as long as it is one of our S-Series M-LOK bipods and has that M-LOK stock offered on that gun. We don't offer any M-LOKs with the 1A2 Series.

What base would I need to be able to mount this to a Bergara B-14 HMR?

The Harris Engineering 6in-9in Ultralight Bipod mounts to any rifles forend via a sling stud. So as long as you have a sling stud on the forend of your rifle, this bipod will fit.

No. The Harris Engineering 6in-9in Ultralight Bipod does not have a dedicated sling attachment point.

Will this bipod work with the 419 arcalock clamp kit?

The Harris Engineering 6in-9in Ultralight Bipod will not work with the Arcalock clamp and barricade kit. That kit is only compatible with Atlas bipods.
