Yes, the Heckler & Koch Mounting Plate will include 2 X T20 steel Torx Plus screws for mounting the optic plate to your slide.

As of 4/9/25, the HK plate that I received today doesn’t come with any mounting screws. I guess it uses the cover plate screws from the pistol.

Mine did not come with screws but I reused the screws that held the cover in place.

No it does not. My recent purchase 10/17/24 did not contain the needed mounting screws.
