Is this compatible with a full auto BCG? I’ve heard this was somehow not compatible with a FA BCG.

the bcg is not m16 cut is just off by a little and you can't install a 416 carrier because the the barrel extension has a tab protruding that will prevent it from closing. so it's semi auto all the way.

If your red dot has a picatinny mount then this will be compatible.

Does this item come with the exact quad rail handguard shown in the picture? or does it come with one of the keymod handguards? is authentic hk hg?

HK has changed this over to a KeyMod handguard, unfortunately we do not have an updated image from them yet. This is an authentic HK part, it comes directly from HK themselves.
