No. The Henry Repeating Arms Co Cantilever Scope Mount is for 1st gen Big Boy rifles (.38/.357/.44/.327/.32). The first gen rifles were drilled and tapped on the barrel under the rear sight, they were not drilled and tapped on the receiver.
