There should be a plate filling the void. OPTICSPLANET needs to chime in to confirm that the displayed image is INCORRECT. CA users can't mess around with MAYBE.

The california version will have the plate in the thumbhole area as seen in the photo. compliant is no thumb hole that allows you the hold the grip unless you have a mag locked rifle.
