The HERA Arms 308 Win Linear Compensator does not include a crush washer or shims. You will not need to purchase any because this compensator does not need to be timed. Simply screw it on tight and start shooting.

I went ahead and bought it anyway, so I’ll just answer this myself. It does come with a crush washer. Or, at least, mine did. Even though it’s a linear compensator it can be timed so that the ports are angled how you want them with respect to the front of the firearm. Probably just for esthetic purposes, but that’s what I was concerned with anyway.
