What is the minimum scope ring height for the objective bell to clear the rail?

A
Answered by Atharian, member, from OH, United States, on March 10, 2026

I would assume low rings due to it being a scout scope. The size and shape of the scope should be the same as the previous generation so that information is probably available under that model.

If the BDC is setup for 308 calibers would it not work on 223/5.56 . Is it only designed for 308?

A
Answered by John Baggett, member, from AL, United States, on June 18, 2026

It “will work” for any cartridge, the distances just may not perfectly align on nice round numbers. 308 and 5.56 trajectories are similar anyway, it should be more than adequate for both.
