It will not fit without significant modification. The M1941 sniper conversion requires drilling and tapping the receiver for the rear base (0.860" hole spacing, center to center) and cutting into the hard guard to drill and tap the barrel for the front base (0.560" hole spacing, center to center).

The spacing between the front and rear bases needs to be 7.250" in order to get the 1/4 MOA click adjustments.
