High Ground Gear does not provide dimensions for their HG M9 Medical Trauma Pack. The manufacturer states its Internal Zippered Pockets let you separate critical tools so they are easy to find when you need them, the Bottom Zippered Pocket safely holds 1000cc IV bag, splints or other equipment, and the Exterior and Side of pack are MOLLE compatible for placement of tourniquets, foldable stokes litter, shears or other rescue essential items. For more information, I'd recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.
