Hiperfire makes no mention of rimfire caliber AR's and makes little mention of compatible platforms for this trigger. I would recommend reaching out to them directly to verify whether they have tested that combination.

Yes. The Hyperfire Elite turned out to be the best trigger for the AR-15-22lr. Not one miss fire or light strikes. Amazing. So glad I got this trigger.

I’ve used the hiperfire competition trigger , I believe it’s the same trigger except for the coating. It’s worked flawlessly in a AR 22 for over a year now. That’s why I’m buying this now I’m building another AR22 for steel challenge
