The Hiviz Litewave Front Sight For Kimber 1911 should work fine with that model Kimber.

Will this sight work for Kimber Ultra Carry II and/or Kimber Micro-9?

Unfortunately, this sight will not fit the Micro-9. It should fit the Ultra Carry though.
