The HK VP9 Optic Ready Slide uses a method similar to the Glock MOS system. It will basically require an adapter plate to mount any optic. There are no optics currently available that mount to the VP9 optic cut directly.

The Holosun SCS VP9 (Solar Charging Sight) is specifically designed to fit the H&K VP9 optics-ready handguns. It attaches directly to the slide without the need for an adapter plate.

I’m confused because the Holosun SCS that is available from optics planet says it will mount directly to any VP 9 optic ready slide without the need of an adapter plate.
