Yes, the Hogue AR-15/M16 OverMold Collapsible Buttstock Assembly will be compatible with the Mini EXCL Lite. However, I would just recommend purchasing the stock by itself as your rifle does not need a buffer and spring. You also wouldn't need a new buffer tube.
