There is not a model of the Hogue HandAll Beavertail Grip Sleeve specifcally for the S&W CSX. I would recommend the Talon Grips for the S&W CSX. They are textured, stick-on gun grips that help you get a secure hold on your firearm improving performance, safety, and confidence so you maintain control. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry the correct grips for the CSX, but they can be found on Talon Grips website.

What grip do y'all recommend for the Smith and Wesson CSX?

I would recommend the Talon Grips for the S&W CSX. They are textured, stick-on gun grips that help you get a secure hold on your firearm improving performance, safety, and confidence so you maintain control. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry the correct grips for the CSX, but they can be found on Talon Grips website.

Do you have anything that could be adapted or subbed for grips for a S&W CS45 chief special?

These Hogue HandAll Beavertail Grip Sleeves will not fit the S&W CS45 Chief Special. We do not have any replaceable grips for that particular gun. However, the model at the link below might be able to fit the CS45.
