Does it fit for a model 63 ?

Unfortunately it will not fit the model 63 or any model J frame revolver.

Does this interfere with speedloaders or kydex holsters?

These should not interfere with speed loaders, as for the holster it depends on the holster.

This item is only compatible with Smith and Wesson brand revolvers.

Will it work for left handed shooter?

This should work for right or left handed shooters. The Hogue S&W Extended Cylinder Release simply replaces the factory cylinder release to extend it upward to not have to turn the revolver to engage the factory cylinder release. For a left handed shooter, the Short Extended Release may be a better fit.
