I have a Sig P229 with E2 grips. This includes the modified E2 decocker and hammer strut. Will these grips work with these parts designed for the E2?

Yes, it will work but you will have to buy the grip screws separately. You can choose from any of the following options:

Can you say how does their thickness compares to the SIG OEM factory plastic grips? are they thicker, thinner, or exactly same? thanks!

They are generally just about the same thickness, but the grip texture tends to be better. It can also depend on which factory grips your gun has.

They do not come with grip screws. Either you use the screws you have or you can purchase new ones separately.
