The new 43x has the front posts milled off. it will fit without a plate.

The Holosun Carry Solar Charging 1x Green Dot Sight will not fit directly to an optic ready 43X. However, it includes an RMSc to K adapter plate that will allow you to install this optic without having to purchase an aftermarket adapter plate. So, a plate is needed, but it is included with the optic.

Yes, the Holosun Carry Solar Charging 1x Green Dot Sight, as well as all Holosun products, are bench tested to 1000G recoil during design and a statistical sampling is tested during production. Holosun optics are able to take the recoil for larger caliber firearms including .308 and 12GA shotguns.
