Do you need a optic plate for this to fit or dose it fit the optic ready slide without a plate?

The Holosun CZ P10 Solar Charging 1x0.9 Green Dot Sight will only mount to optic ready CZ P-10 and CZ Shadow 2 pistols. It will not require a plate. It is not compatible with any other pistols or mounts.

Can you get this with a red dot

I don’t believe Holosun makes the SCS in a red dot, or red color dot, but I don’t know why?! From my research, I’ve seen more people prefer the red dot over the green dot. For my aging eyes, the green works better. I can pick up the reticle faster and it appears brighter.
