The Holosun website indicates that Solar Failsafe is only included on the models that have the MRS/Circle-Dot reticle. Is this 2 MOA battery only?

This Holosun EPS Carry Enclosed Pistol Sight does not have the solar failsafe feature. It features a 2 MOA Red dot and uses a 1620 battery.

Will this fit directly to the slide on Glock 48 MOS? With no mods?

No, the EPS Carry uses a slightly different footprint to the RMSc footprint in which slimline MOS pistols are meant to accept. An adapter plate, such as the C&H Precision Weapons V4 MIL/LEO Adapter Plate, would be required to install this optic. The plate can be found by using the link below:

Do I need an adapter plate for this to fit a sig p365 SAS?

The P365 SAS uses a proprietary rear sight and would not be directly compatible with optics once removed. There are slide milling services available for the P365 SAS that would allow you to accept the EPS Carry. I would recommend Nameless Armament as they do optic cuts for SAS models that would allow you to accept this optic.

No, the Holosun EPS Carry Enclosed Pistol Sight uses the Holosun K footprint and includes an RMSc to K adapter plate. If you wanted to mount an EPS to your RMR cut slide, you would need to purchase the full size EPS model which includes an RMR to K adapter plate.
