Yes, this model of the EPS Carry with MRS is compatible with your 43X MOS. It includes an adapter that converts your RMSc footprint to the Holosun K footprint. The standard 2 or 6 MOA models of the EPS carry do NOT include an adapter plate and would require you to purchase an aftermarket plate.
The good - I like this optic a lot so far - this could be a 5 star review. Seems like a quality build, it's shape and size is great for my new P365 X-Macro, and I like the multiple reticle options and auto brightness option.
