Yes, this model of the EPS Carry with MRS is compatible with your 43X MOS. It includes an adapter that converts your RMSc footprint to the Holosun K footprint. The standard 2 or 6 MOA models of the EPS carry do NOT include an adapter plate and would require you to purchase an aftermarket plate.
The Hellcat Pro would require you to purchase the C&H Precision Weapons Springfield Hellcat w/ RMSc Footprint Adapter Plate that converts your RMSc cut to the K footprint allowing you to install this optic. The plate can be found by using the link below. Another note, the MRS model of the EPS Carry actually includes an adapter plate that converts the RMSc footprint to the Holosun K footprint, meaning you would not need to purchase the C&H plate if you purchase the MRS model. I will link the MRS model below as well.

You will need to use the full-size EPS model opposed to this EPS Carry model. You will then need to use the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro adapter plate that can be purchased from Walther directly if you did not receive it with your PDP. You must modify the plate by removing the rear recoil lugs and shortening the front two lugs by milling or filing them down. The full-size EPS model can be found linked below:

Yes the Holosun Carry Enclosed Pistol Sight will be compatible with the Mossberg MC2SC. The MC2SC is optic ready from the factory with a Shield RMSc optic cut, the EPS Carry includes an adapter plate that will convert your RMSc cut to the Holosun K cut, allowing you to install the optic.
The Holosun EPS Carry does not include an RMR adapter plate. This model (the MRS) includes an adapter plate for the Shield RMSc footprint. The EPS Carry is dimensionally much smaller than RMR pattern optics. You would be able to use the larger EPS model and purchase the C&H Precision Weapons RMR Adapter Plate to convert any RMR cut to the K footprint. To mount the EPS Carry to the FN 509, you will need to use the C&H Precision Weapons Optics Adapter Plate which can be found linked below. I would also recommend purchasing the larger EPS model (opposed to the Carry model) which will fit your optic cut and the adapter plate better and provide a larger viewing window.

Yes, unfortunately we do not carry a compatible plate for your Shadow 2 Compact. I would recommend the Impact CNC Machine 407K/507K/EPS adapter plate. With that plate, you will be able to install the EPS to your slide.
