To mount the EPS Carry to the FN 509, you will need to use the C&H Precision Weapons Optics Adapter Plate which can be found linked below. I would also recommend purchasing the larger EPS model (opposed to the Carry model) which will fit your optic cut and the adapter plate better and provide a larger viewing window.
