The EPS is a larger version of the EPS carry, similar in size to the Leupold Deltapoint Pro. While the EPS carry is similar in size to optics that use the Shield RMSc footprint. Since the P-10F is designed to accept full size optics the EPS would be the correct model for you. To mount it, you will need to purchase the CZ P-10 DPP adapter plate from CZ directly (linked below). You will then have to modify the plate by removing the rear recoil lug and shortening the front lug. You would then be able to install a Holosun EPS to your slide.
