Mounting a Holosun HE508T-RD-X2 to a Glock 17 Gen 4 can be done in multiple ways. If you have an MOS (optic ready) model Glock 17, you can use the #2 optic adapter plate included with your Glock. If you do not have an MOS model Glock 17, you can have your slide milled for the RMR footprint by a gunsmith or use a dovetail adapter plate.
