To fit the Holosun 407K to a C.O.R.E. model M&P, you would need to use an adapter plate by CHPWS that converts your optic cut to the 407K footprint. With that plate, you can fit this Holosun 407K as well as the Holosun 507K.

It does with some modification of the plastic mounting plates provided by S&W. Plate Type #2 works, if you file the rear pegs on the plate flat and the front pegs to about half of the stock height. This optic uses a modified version of the RMRc mounting footprint, which has no holes at the rear of the plate for the pegs and the front holes are shallower than those on a RMRc. I made this modification, which was easy since the S&W plates are plastic, and I have had no issues with the function and reliability of the optic once I got it mounted.
