Is there an advantage to the 8 MOA open circle vs. the 2 MOA of the 407/507C ?

This comes down to to personal preference, typically with a larger MOA dot you are able to acquire targets much faster than that of a smaller MOA dot. But a smaller MOA dot will allow you to have more precise accuracy.

Will this fit a smith and Wesson CORE metal 9mm?

The Holosun 407C is compatible with the M&P Metal. Using adapter plate #1 (Trijicon RMR) included with your pistol, you will be able to install this optic.

Yes, to install the Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sight to your 509 (MRD) you can use the included Trijicon RMR adapter plate and hardware to fit this optic to your slide.

The Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sight is not compatible with the P365 X-Macro as it uses a full size Trijicon RMR footprint. Your X-Macro is cut for optics with the Shield RMSc footprint or Holosun "K" footprint. You can fit optics like the Sig Romeo Zero, Shield RMSc, Holosun 407K/507K and Holosun EPS Carry.

The Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sights uses the RMR footprint. To mount it to a CZ Evo 3 using the picatinny top rail you will need a picatinny mounting base for the Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sights. The one at the link below will work.

Is this compatible with a Sig P365X?

The Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sight uses the Trijicon RMR optic footprint and would not be compatible with a P365 X. You can fit optics with the Shield RMSc footprint like the Sig Romeo Zero, Romeo Zero Elite, and Holosun 407K/507K.

The Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sight is not compatible with the Sig P365X. I would recommend the Holosun 407K, which is essentially the same optic at the 407C without solar charging abilities, but will fit your Sig. You can find it by using the link below:

The optics ready CZ-P10 S can be used with CZ's P10 RMR optic plate, which can be purchased from CZ directly. That plate will allow you to install this Holosun HS407CO-X2 Red Dot Sight which also shares the Trijicon RMR optic footprint.
